We no longer sell websites

Today the new indexgroup.ch goes online. We rebuilt it from the ground up. And in doing so it became clear to us what we actually do.

One sentence from last week decided everything. A partner came back from visiting businesses and said: «Nobody wants to pay for a website.»

He is right. A website waits. At six it is closed, it says «We will call you back», and whoever has a question in the evening asks somewhere else.

That is why we no longer build websites. We build employees.

What the Betriebs-Assistent does

It works on a business's website, around the clock. It answers questions in the customer's language, takes orders, books and moves appointments and sends a summary by e-mail. The owner runs it by WhatsApp: «Closed on Saturday», and it is online. No login, no manual. Anything delicate goes to the owner; the rest is done.

Who we do this for

For the baker who is still typing up orders at 21:40. For the mechanic whose phone rings in the empty workshop. For the hairdresser who moves appointments after closing time. They did not start their business to answer e-mails in the evening. They wanted to bake, repair, cut, sow.

We give them time back. Not less AI. More I.

What you will find on the new website

  • Four demos to try: a bakery, a garage, a hair salon and a farm shop. Order, ask, book, just as your customers would.
  • Two short films that show what an evening with the Betriebs-Assistent looks like.
  • Clear prices: setup CHF 990, running from CHF 90 a month, with an employee CHF 190. Cancellable monthly.
  • Marie, our assistant. She answers your questions in the chat, by voice and in video.

By the way, this website came about exactly the way we build for our customers. We ran it by message, not by login.

Try it

Open a demo and order a Gipfeli. And if you want to know what an employee could take on in your business: a 20-minute call, without obligation.
