No, you write the quote. It makes sure you have everything you need for it, and tells the customer by when they will hear from you.
How do photos and plans reach me?
Customers upload them in the chat, and you get them with the request.
What about jobs I do not do?
You tell it what you do and what not. If a request does not fit, it says so kindly, and your time stays free.
I am often on site. How do I run it?
By WhatsApp, from your phone, also from the building site. A voice message is enough.
Do I need the package with phone for this?
Only if it should answer calls too. For requests on the website the «Employee» package is enough.
