Only the ones you give it, for example a fixed price for a tyre change. For repairs it takes the request, and you make the quote.
How does it avoid double bookings?
It books only free slots in your calendar. Write «No appointments on Friday», and those slots are gone.
What about tyre season?
Then many people book at once. It spreads the requests over the free slots, around the clock, and the phone does not hold you up.
Can it ask about a courtesy car or pick-up service?
Yes, if you offer it. It asks when booking and tells you.
Do I have to replace my garage software?
No. The Business Assistant works on your website and tells you everything by WhatsApp. Whether it can connect to your software, we clarify in the Index Check.
