Does it give medical advice?
No. It books appointments and answers questions about the process. Questions about symptoms or treatment it passes to you.
What data does it ask for?
Only what the appointment needs: name, contact and preferred time. Anything else you need, we set together. It never asks for passwords, bank or card details.
Can it book series?
Yes, by your rules, for example twice a week with the same person.
Does it work with our practice software?
We clarify that in the Index Check. Without a connection it books into its own calendar, which you see on your phone.
What if someone urgently needs help?
Then it says clearly that it books appointments and does not handle emergencies, and gives the number you set. In an emergency: 144.
What does the Business Assistant cost?
