Does it give tax advice?
No. It answers general questions as you set them and passes everything professional to you.
What about confidential data?
It asks only what the appointment or request needs, never for passwords, bank or card details or one-time codes. How documents reach you, you decide.
Can it state deadlines?
Yes, the deadlines you give it, for example your internal date for the documents. Other deadlines it states only if you give them to it.
Does it spot fraud attempts?
It warns you in one line when a message looks like phishing, a fake invoice or CEO fraud, and never changes bank details because of a message.
Does it suit a one-person office?
Yes. It takes what would otherwise be left lying while you are in a meeting.
