It knows your lead time, say two days for cakes. It asks for size, lettering and pick-up time and confirms only what you can make.
Your range by WhatsApp
You write «From tomorrow pumpkin bread, CHF 6.80» or «Closed Monday». The website is right, and it answers correctly from then on.

Can it answer questions about allergens and ingredients?
Yes, if you give it the details, for example from your product declaration. What it does not know for sure, it says honestly and passes the question to you.
What happens when a product is sold out?
You write «Zopf sold out» by WhatsApp, and it takes no more orders for it. When it is back, you write «Zopf is back».
Do customers have to pay in advance?
You decide. With the «ordering & paying» skill they pay at once with TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay, otherwise on pick-up.
How do I hear about new orders?
Every order arrives as a message on your phone. In the morning you get the summary: what is picked up when.
Does it work with several branches?
Yes. Together we set which branch has which opening hours and which range. What you need exactly, we clarify in the Index Check.
What does the Business Assistant cost?
Setup CHF 990 one-off. Then «Website» CHF 90 a month, «Employee» CHF 190 a month or «Employee with phone» CHF 280 a month. All prices excl. VAT. Cancellable monthly.
